Mobile Medical Corporation, a growing multi-state healthcare services company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in financial management to help lead our organization to the next level.

This is a key leadership position for a hands-on professional who can improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial reporting, and implement systems that support continued growth.

Responsibilities Include:

•    Oversee daily operations across multiple states.

•    Prepare and analyze month-end financial and operational reports.

•    Develop and implement new procedures, policies, and process improvements.

•    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability.

•    Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and business initiatives.

•    Improve workflows, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

•    Coordinate with accounting, HR, purchasing, and field operations.

•    Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

•    Lead projects that improve profitability, scalability, and customer service.

Qualifications:

•    7+ years of operations management experience.

•    Strong financial acumen with experience interpreting financial statements and month-end reporting.

•    Proven success implementing systems, procedures, and process improvements.

•    Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

•    Experience managing multiple locations or multi-state operations preferred.

•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; MBA or CPA is a plus.
