Job Summary:

We are seeking a Clinic Coordinator to oversee the coordination of daily clinical operations. The role involves scheduling clinical services, collaborating with physicians and medical support staff, maintaining patient records, educating patients on treatments and medications, coordinating laboratory results and X-rays, and serving as a liaison between patients and treatment-related departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling of clinical services with providers and support staff.
• Maintain accurate patient medical histories and records.
• Educate patients regarding treatments and medications.
• Coordinate receipt and review of laboratory results and X-rays.
• Evaluate clinic workflows and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between patients and other treatment-related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a clinical or healthcare coordination role.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and patient service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
