Sales Strategy Lead

Bring a learning mindset and the drive to develop deep business context, turning unclear questions into structured opportunities for insight Results Orientation: project confidence while expressing your thoughts and ideas with clarity, sincerity, and conviction; communicate a compelling business vision that engages and influences others Knowledge Management: develop and facilitate practices that enable employees to create, use, and share information efficiently and effectively Stakeholder & Executive Presence: strong executive presence with proven stakeholder and cross‑functional management experience; ability to influence without authority 3+ years (Senior Analyst) or 5+ years (Manager) of professional experience in consulting, sales strategy/business operations, or a highly analytical role, with demonstrated experience in data analytics / business intelligence Strong business acumen with a passion for data and analytics, including in‑depth knowledge of sales‑related datasets / metrics Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; intermediate level of SQL, Tableau, and AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.), with interest to advance Experience in quantitative analysis and financial modeling Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority Detail‑oriented with the ability to zoom out and think strategically A "get‑it‑done" attitude with the curiosity to explore and improve Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- Desirable) Advanced Excel/Gsheet, with rich experience in SQL (Snowflake), Tableau, and AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.)

- Desirable) Strong presentation skills, especially building compelling PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations
- Desirable) Resilient self‑starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond, and the ability to handle ambiguity
- Desirable) Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions
- Desirable) Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency
