About This Role

As a Child Care PT Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a nurturing and safe space for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to ensure a well-organized and productive classroom environment.
- Nurture and support the needs of children in partnership with their families.
- Utilize electronic tracking systems to document significant milestones in a child's development.
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment by adhering to enhanced safety protocols.
- Early childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
- Child Development Associate Certification
- Support the Lead Teacher in creating a positive and engaging environment for children.
- Work in partnership with families to address their child's needs and provide a nurturing experience.
- Facilitate daily activities and maintain open communication with the Lead Teacher.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized classroom environment.
Shifts are available from 6:45 am to 12:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.
Requirements- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
- Good Attendance.
- Early childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
- Early childhood education certifications or relevant coursework
