We're Hiring: Business Development Manager | Chicago Loop Office Opening July 1st We're growing – and we want driven, consultative sales professionals to grow with us. As our new Business Development Manager, you'll be the force behind our expansion in the Managed Print Solutions (MPS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) sectors, building real relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients and unlocking new revenue opportunities. What You'll Do Identify and pursue high-potential prospects within the MPS/MSP landscape Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers Manage a robust pipeline and consistently secure 8+ qualified appointments per week Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and networking conferences Track KPIs and deliver data-driven recommendations What You Bring 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in MPS or MSP Exceptional communication skills and a consultative sales approach Solid understanding of Managed Print and Managed IT service models Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Why Join Us OTE $120,000 in your first year 401(k) match President's Club A culture that genuinely celebrates you Brand-new Chicago Loop office – doors open July 1st #J-18808-Ljbffr
