Hours:

• Monday – Friday 6:00a – 4:30p
• Monday – Friday 8:00a – 6:00p

Responsibilities:

• Greet, check in, and check out patients, while assisting them with the accurate completion of required intake forms and medical documentation
• Efficiently coordinate and manage patient appointment scheduling to optimize provider calendars and minimize wait times
• Responsible for the daily opening and closing procedures of the surgery center, ensuring the front office is secure, organized, and welcoming
• Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming phone calls, routing inquiries, and addressing patient questions with a high level of professionalism
• Execute additional administrative and clerical duties as needed to support the surgical team and maintain smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:

• Medical front desk experience
• Epic experience preferred
• High School Diploma required

Compensation:

• $ 25-26/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
