Portuguese Business Document Analyst for AI Evaluation

$20 - $70 per hour

Help improve AI-powered productivity tools by reviewing and strengthening business documents in Portuguese. This fully remote contract role combines business expertise with advanced Microsoft Office skills to ensure AI-generated deliverables are clear, accurate, professional, and ready for real-world business use. Key Responsibilities

Work with AI systems to complete sophisticated business tasks in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated finance, strategy, marketing, and operations deliverables.
Create and test realistic business scenarios involving analysis, presentations, reports, and proposals.
Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and quality consistent with Fortune 500 or consulting environments.
Share actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI improvement.
Document, annotate, and escalate recurring issues affecting business users.
Maintain strong standards for quality, structure, and clarity across every deliverable.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or related business functions.
Portuguese language capability.
Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including producing polished business documents.
Strong business analysis, organization, written communication, verbal communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to assess work critically and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the ability to learn them quickly.
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
Experience in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
MBA or another advanced degree.
Experience mentoring others or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement, ideally for candidates based in the United States.

Compensation

$20 to $70 per hour.
