What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Provide follow-up support to maintain candidate interest throughout the hiring journey
• Keep thorough and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires linked to your leads

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and self-driven approach you set your agenda, and take the lead
