Analyst - Credit Investments | NYC

Tranham Partners is excited to be supporting a Tier One Private Credit platform as they look to expand their credit investments team with a Analyst / Senior Analyst to support the continued growth of the wider business. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Private Credit, Private Equity, or Investment Banking. Exposure to commercial real estate credit is preferred, whether through pref/mezz, bridge, construction, or other structured lending strategies. Solid understanding of multifamily real estate, as this is the platform's core asset class. Strong Excel-based financial modeling and underwriting skills. Sharp analytical mindset with high attention to detail, comfortable working across multiple live deals at once. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present work confidently to senior team members. Responsibilities Support the review and underwriting of credit investment opportunities across the multifamily lending book. Work directly with a Senior Associate / VP on the underwriting and review of credit investment opportunities across the multifamily lending book. Work closely with senior members of the credit team on modeling, analysis, and diligence. Assist in preparing materials and analysis for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and the equity underwriting team. Support asset management with portfolio monitoring and performance tracking.
