Epic Radiant Analyst – Remote

We are seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Radiant to support radiology and imaging department workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of radiology operations, Epic Radiant functionality, and healthcare system integrations. This role will collaborate with radiologists, technologists, schedulers, clinicians, operational leaders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and improve workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Radiant functionality for radiology and imaging workflows.
• Gather requirements and analyze workflows with radiologists, technologists, schedulers, clinicians, and operational stakeholders.
• Support Radiant integration with PACS, DICOM imaging systems, voice recognition/dictation platforms, and other Epic applications.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, interface, and data exchange issues.
• Support radiology scheduling, imaging orders, results reporting, work queues, and charge capture workflows.
• Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, testing, validation, optimization, and workflow redesign initiatives.
• Develop and maintain workflow documentation, system specifications, training materials, and support documentation.
• Provide end-user support and assist clinical and operational teams with Radiant-related issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot interfaces and interoperability issues, including Epic Bridges.
• Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Partner with project managers and stakeholders to deliver Epic initiatives on time and within scope.
• Identify opportunities to improve radiology workflows, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years of direct Epic Radiant application support experience in a healthcare environment may substitute for a degree.
• Epic Radiant Certification, or ability to obtain certification within an agreed-upon timeframe after hire.
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows, including scheduling, imaging orders, results reporting, and imaging operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with clinical and operational healthcare stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Radiant scheduling, orders, results, reporting work queues, and charge capture.
• Experience with Epic Bridges, interfaces, and healthcare data exchange.
• Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization, and workflow redesign.
• Experience supporting PACS, enterprise imaging platforms, radiology reporting systems, and voice recognition/dictation solutions.
• Experience with integrated healthcare information systems and clinical applications.

• Work Location: 100% Remote
• Employment: W2 Only
• Pay Rate: W2 hourly rate only; rate is competitive and dependent on experience.
• Candidates must be able to work effectively in a remote healthcare IT environment.
