Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual counseling sessions, focusing primarily on women aged 35-55, who often deal with unique challenges related to midlife transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs and therapeutic goals, employing evidence-based methodologies to promote progress and healing.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Use our secure telehealth platform to deliver effective therapy sessions, upholding confidentiality at all times and leveraging technology to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly assess and track clients’ progress towards their therapeutic goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients maintain their mental health.

• Collaborate with Team: Engage actively with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, facilitating referrals to additional specialists and resources to meet clients' diverse needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving women aged 35-55 who are navigating various life transitions and challenges. By concentrating on this demographic, we aim to provide a safe and understanding space for individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship strains, and other significant stressors during midlife. Qualifications\n

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): Must hold an unrestricted, independent, current, and active license to practice counseling.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling, showcasing a proven track record of successfully providing mental health care.

• Technical Skills: Must be proficient with computers, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Therapeutic Skills: Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families, with comfort in completing intake assessments.

• Ethical and Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of the ethical and legal issues surrounding the counseling profession.

• Team and Independent Work: Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
