What We’re Seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
• Open to new graduates in their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) or SLPs with CCC
• Strong understanding of speech/language and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and families
• Genuine enthusiasm and dedication to empowering elementary learners

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering speech, language, and communication support to an elementary caseload
• Conducting assessments, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with classroom teachers and special education staff to maximize student growth
• Documenting interventions and maintaining student records
• Participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Providing mentorship and utilizing school-based resources (support available for Clinical Fellows)
