Great Work Environment: Work with the best in the business. Responsibilities Attend product and sales training. Close a minimum of 10% of leads received. Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries about product availability, pricing, and payments. Identify customer needs and assist them in selecting a vehicle. Schedule appointments for internet and walk-in customers. Coordinate internet promotions with dealership sales promotions and advertising. Maintain a current customer database for repeat business. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Call Center/Telephone Sales/Customer Service experience preferred. Internet sales or sales experience in any industry preferred. Bi-lingual is a definite PLUS! Enthusiastic, energetic, and good with computers. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus! Valid driver's license. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
