Looking for Experienced Apartment Leasing Manager.
Responsibilities of the Leasing Manager:· Posting adds, checking unit availability daily for accuracy and pricing.
· Processing applications in Yardi and approvals based on properties screening criteria.
· Contacting leads and follow ups in CRM. Coordinating tours with model and/or target units.
· Drafting up leases and scheduling move ins.
· Coordinating with maintenance to ensure units and keys are ready for move in days.
· Generating and closing out work orders in Yardi.
· Assisting the Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations and inspections.
· Ensures the efficient operation of the property
Qualifications for the Leasing Manager:· At least 1-2 experience working in residential property management as a Leasing Agent with a very strong knowledge of PM software
· Excellent Customer service
· Strong knowledge of lease process, move ins, unit availability and lead management
· Exceptional organization and time management skills required
· Coordinating repairs with residents and maintenance
· Strong knowledge of California fair housing laws
