Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a part-time, on-site role located in Mint Hill, NC. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will administer benefits, support training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. The role will work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster an inclusive culture, and reinforce organizational values. This position also involves handling sensitive employee matters with discretion, maintaining HR records, and recommending process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices, with the ability to apply them in day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and use sound judgment in handling sensitive information and decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools, and comfort working with data and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
• Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role within a corporate or multi-site environment is preferred.
