RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR $24hr | Full-Time JOB SUMMARY The Hobey's Cafe Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day operation of the restaurant in accordance with established policies and procedures while maintaining standards of excellence in quality and service. As a lead member of the service team, the Supervisor greets guests, assists with seating, handles food expediting and manages front-of-house staff to ensure the highest possible standards of service and efficiency. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in fast-paced food service environments and excellent guest service, leadership and organization skills. All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which demonstrates friendliness, initiative, professionalism, personal awareness and integrity while exercising confidentiality in the appropriate areas of their performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Promote positive guest relations by always projecting a courteous, helpful attitude and assisting guests and employees throughout the restaurant Maintain full working knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage menus Manage seating and service assignments #J-18808-Ljbffr
