Responsibilities A day in the life of the Project Coordinator involves utilizing technology and software resources, process documentation, and project execution within the Technical Operations and Construction team. Responsibilities include: Providing support through timely completion of tasks related to project procurement, purchase order receiving, and invoice processing. Timely completing digital requests for new purchase orders, change orders, and invoices as requested. Communicating with multiple departments to ensure accurate information is shared. Maintaining digital records for various processes, contractors, and teams. Keeping all process documents updated and organized as changes occur. Assisting with development of training programs as required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator. Strong critical‑thinking, attention to detail, and time‑management skills. Ability to track and analyze data. Ability to communicate effectively with peers, boundary partners, and leadership, and to provide status updates as needed. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment without supervision. Strong computer skills preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation & Benefits Base compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour, plus opportunities for benefits. Benefits include: 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Insurance options: medical, dental, vision, life, and STD insurance. Paid Time Off/Vacation: Starting at 80 hours per year, increasing with tenure. Floating Holiday: 40 hours per year. Paid Holidays: 7 days per year.
