Job Title – Warehouse Lead

Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Contract – 24 months contract (possibility to go perm)

Pay Range – $34 - $36 USD hourly on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment center operations and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise warehouse associates to meet daily fulfillment and shipping targets.
Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and train/coaching team members.
Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when needed.
Support scheduling, workload planning, and continuous improvement.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with associates and management.

Qualifications:

2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience, including 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
Experience with WMS and basic computer applications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
