Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to join the team of our exceptional client. This role supports a large-scale CRM transformation initiative and is responsible for leading the business-side planning and execution of multiple workstreams within a broader organizational modernization effort. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, experience coordinating cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive successful business launches, operational readiness activities, and stakeholder alignment. This role will initially focus on membership-related initiatives while also providing support across additional customer-facing business functions. As a Project Manager , you will: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple business workstreams within a CRM transformation program Manage key initiatives supporting membership operations, customer engagement, and related business functions Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications Gather business requirements and help translate business objectives into actionable project plans Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks while proactively developing mitigation strategies Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution readiness Drive launch readiness and operational readiness activities to support successful program implementation Help define and establish operational processes required to support new programs, services, and organizational initiatives Monitor project progress and provide clear, timely status updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership Ensure project deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives You will be a good fit for this role if you have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of project management, program management, or business operations experience Proven experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams Strong ability to manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and communications in fast-paced environments Experience gathering business requirements and supporting business decision-making processes Experience supporting launches, operational readiness activities, organizational rollouts, or business transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project collaboration tools Nice-to-Haves Experience supporting CRM transformation or modernization initiatives Experience managing customer-facing programs or operational process improvements Familiarity with project planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms Experience supporting organizational change management and adoption efforts About Market Street Talent Market Street Talent is a specialized staffing and consulting firm focused on IT and technology positions.
