Our client, a fast-growing, $1B+ RIA boutique wealth management and investment advisory firm in Las Vegas specializing in financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, institutional services, and individual wealth, has engaged us to place a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead firm-wide marketing strategy and execution. This is a strategic role for a marketing professional with experience and a strong command of direct, digital, and performance marketing. The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with executive leadership to elevate the firm’s brand, drive targeted growth, and ensure consistency across all channels. We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and highly accountable professional who takes pride in their work and is comfortable operating with both independence and collaboration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality. They are a strong communicator and thoughtful partner who listens well, welcomes feedback, and builds positive relationships with colleagues, executives, and external partners. Location: Las Vegas (Summerlin South area) Hours: This is a full-time, on-site position with standard hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Core Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Lead strategy and executive of multi-channel marketing campaigns Oversee direct marketing, SEO, paid ads, and social media strategy Oversee event marketing for client experiences and business development Analyze marketing data and performance & optimize for growth Manage brand consistency across all internal and external communication Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners Qualifications: 3–6 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized organization with broad, hands-on responsibility Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, direct, social, SEO, paid media, and email Strong marketing analytics and performance measurement skills, with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and support growth Experience managing brand consistency, marketing communications, events, client experiences, and business-development initiatives Advanced proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable design tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executive leadership Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a lean environment Demonstrated ownership, accountability, sound judgment, and follow-through Ability to function as a hands‑on marketing generalist, managing priorities across strategy, execution, creative, analytics, and day-to-day marketing operations Experience in wealth management, financial services, or professional services preferred $85,000-$95,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses (quarterly & end‑of‑year)
