Job Details Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Telemetry / Float Pool Location: Salem, MA 01970 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Hours Per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Start Date: 10/04/2026 End Date: 01/02/2027 Setting: Hospital float pool across multiple med/surg telemetry and related units Charting System: EPIC Job Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license AHA BLS certification 1 year of acute care hospital nursing experience required Telemetry nursing experience, including interpretation of telemetry strips and intervals Experience managing cardiac drips Experience with TR Band preferred Ability and willingness to float between multiple hospital units as needed Strong adaptability, teamwork, and clinical judgment in a fast-paced acute care setting 2 years of acute care and telemetry experience preferred Responsibilities Provide high-quality bedside nursing care in a float pool environment across several hospital units Monitor cardiac rhythms and accurately interpret telemetry strips Manage and titrate cardiac drips according to established protocols and patient needs Support care for a varied patient population, including ED border patients and non-vented ICU transfer-ready patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain safe, efficient patient flow Perform telemetry measurements and assessments every 4 hours as required Adapt quickly to changing unit assignments and patient acuity levels Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care while maintaining strong clinical standards Apply now for this Travel RN Telemetry Float Pool opportunity in Salem, Massachusetts, and join a supportive healthcare team today.
