Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 6-10 years of experience in the food service industry, sales, or a related area, including supervisory experience. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in sales and marketing, the ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
