This role supports the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the global benefits strategy, ensuring programs that attract, retain, and enable a high-performing workforce. The specialist partners closely with Total Rewards colleagues, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to contribute to HR transformation initiatives and strengthen the overall employee experience.What You Will DoStrategic Support: Contribute to the design and execution of the global benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide Total Rewards objectivesTransformation Initiatives: Support large-scale benefits transformation projects, including Time Away from Work, Health & Welfare, and Retirement programsProgram Administration: Oversee key aspects of benefit program operations in collaboration with Enterprise Services, Corporate Benefits, Payroll, and other key stakeholdersCompliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and support risk mitigation related to benefits programsVendor & Partner Management: Support evaluation of external vendors, brokers, and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with enterprise standardsSystems Enablement: Assist with the deployment and optimization of HR technologies and systems that enhance Total Rewards processesAnalytics & Insights: Build cost models, scenario analyses, and business impact assessments to inform data-driven decision-making. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
