Job duties include responding quickly to emergencies, producing on all emergency water extraction & drying services and emergency fire/smoke services, producing on all carpet cleaning, deodorization, mold remediation (incl. demolition & cleaning), and structural cleaning, recording & reporting loss documentation to Mitigation Estimator on all losses, providing excellent customer service, performing quality and consistent work on all jobs, promoting and establishing good teamwork working towards a common goal, maintaining communication with lead/Project Manager, following and enforcing established safety practice including proper use of PPE, providing quality control, completing all jobs in an efficient and timely manner, keeping vehicles ready for response, inventory control on job sites, maintaining organization on all job sites, mentoring new hires on best practices, maintaining & obtaining additional IICRC certifications, when requested by management, jobsite security and safety, performing on-call rotation, and additional job duties as requested.

Requirements include ability to read, interpret, and communicate oral and written instructions, ability to plan and organize work, ability to communicate in English – bilingual a plus, basic math & map reading skills, ability to work overtime and be on call when required, uphold the Paul Davis Restoration standards, mission statement, and goals, professional appearance and demeanor, must have valid driver's license, able to pass pre-employment screenings, construction experience preferred – hourly pay based on experience, bonus/commission based on office location performance.

Education: High School Diploma or its Equivalent. Experience: Construction experience preferred. Physical demands include lifting (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs., may involve significant stand/walk/push/pull, occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling, ability to work in confined spaces, exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat, exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times, exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.
