Description Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and/or Production Group Leader perform assembly tasks as assigned, efficiently and accurately and in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities: Arrive at work on time and follow all time in/time out policies of the company. Perform all assigned jobs per work order instructions. Notify supervision if work instructions are not available, accurate or complete. Keep work area/shop organized and picked up as required. Complete all required time sheets and work orders each day. Notify management when problems occur with equipment Responsible for knowledge and adherence to all ERP procedures as regards production assembly. Responsible for knowledge and adherence to, and promotion of quality policies, procedures and work instructions. Responsible for adherence to and promotion of maximum safety standard, ensuring personal and fellow employees’ safety by adhering to company safety rules and procedures. Responsible for adherence to applicable ITAR regulations. Perform other duties as may be required by supervisor. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Skills Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic math skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Work Ethic Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Additional Requirements Due to ITAR and / or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3). Candidates being considered for hire must pass a pre‑employment background check. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $18.25 - $20.00 per hour (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data).
