Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create unique therapeutic strategies to support them in reaching their desired functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily routines
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy practices to encourage ongoing improvement at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Strategies: Monitor clinical outcomes, refining treatment plans to keep patients moving toward success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
