Position: Business Analyst 5
Location: Lansing, MI
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite required 2 days/week on Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Interview Process: Round 1 (Virtual), Round 2 (In-Person)
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. You will lead business process reviews, elicit requirements, and develop strategic roadmaps while ensuring seamless project execution and compliance.
Key Skills & Experience Required-
Business Process & Elicitation: 7+ years conducting business process reviews, requirements elicitation, and process modeling.

Agile Framework: 5+ years developing and managing user stories in Agile environments.

Strategic Stakeholder Management: 2+ years collaborating with senior leadership to determine strategy, build roadmaps, and resolve complex positions.

Public IT Solutions: 2+ years working on projects implementing IT solutions for public use.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.

Contracts & Compliance: Experience supporting Statements of Work (SOW) or state/federal regulatory compliance.

Education: Bachelor's Degree.
