Receiving Clerk

Pay: $22.85
Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm plus overtime and weekends as needed
Location: Alsip, IL
- Receive incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of received materials
- Perform ERP receiving transactions and assign inventory locations accurately
- Ensure received materials are delivered to the correct locations
- Collaborate with Purchasing and other departments to resolve discrepancies
- Support receipt of outside process parts and finished goods
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Sit-Down Forklift experience is required
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems; SAP experience a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
- Receiving and inventory management
- ERP and SAP systems familiarity
- Shipping and receiving operations
- Documentation and part verification
- Forklift operation and material handling
