Lead Salesforce Developer

Lead Salesforce Developer We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer for an exciting contract opportunity with our client in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing Salesforce applications and community pages for assigned projects. This is a hands-on role, involving peer code reviews, incident ticket resolution, and ensuring alignment with technical design standards. The contract is for a duration of 12 months or more. Responsibilities: Develop Salesforce Apps and/or Community pages for assigned projects. Conduct thorough peer code reviews to ensure code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve incident tickets promptly. Perform critical reviews of User Stories and align technical designs with platform and coding standards. What You Bring: 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering complex projects. Expertise in creating and integrating Salesforce External Services, External Objects, and utilizing Salesforce Connect with OData and internal APIs. Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts using technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, and SVN. Proficiency in development using VisualForce, APEX, triggers, Classes, JavaScript, and Lightning API. Hands-on experience in mobile development. Familiarity with Copado release management is preferred. The Successful Candidate Will Have Proven Experience With: Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com. Role-Based Access Control and Permission Sets. Lightning Container, Lightning UX Builder. Lightning Flow, including Process Builder and Cloud Flow Designer. Platform Events, Async REST, Sync REST, and Continuation Framework for integration. Salesforce DX (Dev Hub). Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Data Management Designer, and Integration domains. Salesforce Visualforce, Apex, SOQL/SOSL. Wave and Einstein Analytics. Ability to articulate business requirements in technical language and technical capabilities in business terms. Positive attitude. Recommended Certifications: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. Salesforce Certified App Builder. Salesforce Certified Community Consultant.
