Qualifications

• Preferred certifications:

• PHR / SPHR
• AIRS Recruiting Certification

Requirements

• 7-12+ years recruitment experience
• 2-5+ years leadership experience
• Experience managing hiring teams and large-scale recruitment
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
