About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Client Leadership with a strong background in retail and healthcare marketing to serve as a senior relationship, business, and growth leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive client leadership, including building and managing senior-level relationships, serving as a strategic advisor, and leading key business reviews and strategic planning engagements. This role demands a proven agency leader who can navigate the complexities of retail and healthcare marketing, strengthen client relationships, and identify future growth opportunities. The VP will also be at the forefront of driving organic growth, leading integrated marketing initiatives, and championing innovation, particularly in the areas of AI and emerging technologies. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience within a leading agency, marketing firm, consulting organization, or a similarly complex client-services environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong healthcare or pharmaceutical background, with a focus on both B2B and B2C marketing, and a track record of leading large-scale retail and/or healthcare services accounts. Key capabilities include significant experience in building senior client relationships, leading integrated marketing programs, and a strong understanding of financial and commercial acumen. The role also requires practical expertise in applying AI, automation, and modern marketing technologies, as well as a proven ability to lead transformation and help clients navigate change. The VP will be expected to lead, coach, and develop account leaders and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and talent development.
