Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• School-based OT experience preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess students’ needs using a range of standardized tools and create targeted intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and documentation to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other specialists to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate records
• Educate staff and families on recommended accommodations and supports
