Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid California OT license (or eligibility)
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred, but strong clinical skills will be considered
• Knowledge of IEP processes, student evaluations, and therapy planning
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Collaborative approach when working with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, helping them access educational programming successfully
• Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape educational plans
• Engage families and staff through training or consultation as needed
