The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of retail management. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing product displays, monitoring stock levels, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Retail Store Manager will also lead, train, and motivate the store team to drive sales and create a positive in-store experience.
