What you'll do As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help grow the agency by developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and identifying insurance solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.

Your responsibilities will include connecting with prospective customers through calls, emails, referrals, and other outreach efforts, developing and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities, following up consistently and professionally throughout the sales process, conducting needs-based conversations to understand each customer's situation, educating customers on coverage options for their homes, vehicles, families, and businesses, recommending appropriate insurance products based on customer needs, building long-term relationships that contribute to customer retention and agency growth, meeting established sales and activity goals, collaborating with the team to identify opportunities and support agency growth, maintaining accurate customer records and activity, following all agency and regulatory requirements, delivering a professional, knowledgeable, and memorable customer experience.

What we're looking for Active Property & Casualty license required, or must be willing to obtain prior to starting, Active Life & Health license required, or must be willing to obtain prior to starting, strong communication and relationship-building skills, sales-minded and comfortable initiating conversations, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities, strong follow-up and time-management skills, comfortable working toward measurable goals, previous insurance, sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred, a genuine desire to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the agency.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
