ReceptionistExpress Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a local Omaha company!Position Details:Type: Full timeSchedule: 8am – 5pm, some weekend availabilityLocation: Omaha, NEPay/Salary: up to $20/hrJob Duties:Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department.Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.Perform general office tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling mail and deliveries.Maintain the appearance of the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized. Ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked.Provide information about the company, services, or products, and address inquiries or concerns in a prompt and helpful manner.Maintain and update visitor logs and other records as required. Assist with data entry and document management tasks.Work closely with other team members to support office operations and assist with special projects as needed.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.
