The typical workweek spans Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments for elderly patients to determine their specific needs and develop individualized care plans aimed at improving their quality of life.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on emotional challenges associated with aging, such as grief, loneliness, and life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to integrate mental health services into the overall care plan for each geriatric resident.
