Any currently registered ARRT (R) technologists, or upcoming registry eligible graduates, who are interested in learning Mammography may apply. This employment opportunity is specifically focused on supporting clinical hours in Mammography, and learning Mammography procedures and protocols with our team of high quality breast care professionals. Primary Responsibilities Learn, observe, and assist with mammography exams on patients providing high quality images Assist with technical/clerical functions in related areas of mammography imaging including quality assurance and control Help provide clear and detailed information regarding exams and care to patients Assist with appropriate documentation and obtain interpretation for each exam Adhere to radiation safety protocols in order to minimize exposure to patient and staff Manage patient priority and act as a first responder when needed Assist in general X-Ray as needed All other duties as assigned Requirements Must currently hold ARRT (R) certification OR be able to obtain before start date Must complete Mammography didactic courses separately Must be willing and able to obtain ARRT (M) registry within 45 days after completion of cross‑training program Current BLS/CPR certification 12 month full‑time employment commitment post cross‑training Reliable and professional technologist Must be able to read, write, and speak in English Outcomes Upon completion of training and ARRT (M) registry, employee will be eligible to apply and be considered for any full time ISJ Mammography opportunity Pay adjustment to Mammographer market compensation Sign‑on bonus eligibility when converting to staff Mammography role The potential to learn further breast imaging services Base compensation for this role is between $26.00 to $34.50 per hour. An additional 10% of base wage is offered during Mammography training hours. In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will receive applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until filled.
