Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Grow the Northeast Ohio market
\n
• Find and develop new customer relationships as well as furthering existing customer relationships
\n
• Work with management to develop and implement marketing strategies, business strategies, and overall business success models
\n
• Evaluate, draft proposals and sell commercial roofing projects throughout NE OH, following above strategies and while in full communication with management
\n
• Overlook all projects sold, maintain good customer relationships, and help ensure the projects are completed to the satisfaction and request of the customer and contract.
\n
• Populate CRM system and keep pipeline up to date
\n
• Assist accounting with accounts receivable on an as needed basis
\n
• Be versatile in assisting with additional needs as requested to help grow the business and general company base
\n

\n

• 3-5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field is preferred

\n

\n

Base Salary between $70 - $100k + commissions, bonuses.

\n

Company truck, gas card, benefits, etc.

\n

Must have a clean background and driving record within the last 10 years.
