About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Ministry to provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of its advocacy, marriage, and parenting ministries. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning ministry strategy, operations, content, people, and resources to advance the organization's mission and measurable ministry outcomes. This role requires a strategic and visionary leader with a strong background in developing and executing strategic plans, leading organizational change, and driving accountability for ministry objectives. The Senior Vice President will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure organizational effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, and financial stewardship. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field, with at least 15 years of leadership experience, including 10 years in complex organizational or ministry functions. The role demands an exceptional communicator, a collaborative team player, and a proven track record in leading through influence. The candidate should be adept at using data and analytics to inform decision-making, have strong financial and business acumen, and be passionate about the responsible stewardship of donor-provided resources. Personal characteristics should include a commitment to the values of the organization, a passion for developing leaders, and the ability to build strong, long-term relationships. The position is a spokesperson role and requires a candidate who can represent the organization's position and tone at all times.
