Project Administrator

AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Project Administrator to join our growing team and support a variety of transportation infrastructure projects located in the Tampa FL, area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful work that helps shape the region's infrastructure while working alongside a collaborative and professional team.

Responsibilities include client/project development, resource management, supervision of construction activities, preparation and review of progress estimates, overall management administration of the project, coordination with various stakeholders, site inspections, preparation of project status reports, management of project documentation, identification of potential issues, participation in project meetings, and mentoring of junior staff members.

Minimum requirements include a BA/BS degree plus 4 years of related experience, or AS Degree plus 6 years of related experience, or HS/GED plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education. Valid US Driver's License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. Preferred qualifications include Professional Engineer (PE), eight (6) years of CEI or roadway or bridge construction experience, and other relevant engineering experience.

Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Relocation is not available for this position. All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
