Catering Account Lead

This Account Lead supports the catering operations team by coordinating daily services on-site, acting as a key liaison between Sifted and our client, and performing crucial administrative tasks under the direction of the Executive Chef. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, directing on-site service, creating and printing daily menus, auditing host logs, and owning daily menu editing and display. This position requires approximately 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm. Flexibility in hours is required to accommodate early morning tasks and urgent requests. What you'll be doing Serve as the main point of contact for our client, communicating directly with the client to resolve issues professionally and quickly. Address escalated needs as they arise during service. Act as the lead host during service. Train and monitor performance of host team. Print and organize daily menu signs and dish cards. Audit host surveys and temperature logs. Coordinate orders and deliveries with Receiver. Print and share Daily Host Numbers Sheet. Maintain printed and digital menus. Maintain the office. Input order data into Sifted technology. Assist in station set up, setting teams up for success. Qualifications Experience with catering and event servicing. Experience supervising employees in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience in administrative roles, preferably in catering or hospitality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Successful completion of Washington State Food Handler certification. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $27 / hour. Work Environment Position is based in an office cafeteria and on‑site kitchen. Physical Requirements This position requires standing for up to 6 hours at a time and moving equipment up to 50 pounds.
