What You’ll Do Lead client teams representing operating companies in the startup and emerging company space. Manage venture financing transactions from early stage through late stage. Provide day‑to‑day corporate and “external GC” counsel to clients. Mentor and train junior associates, helping them grow and excel. What We’re Looking For A highly qualified attorney with strong experience in corporate law and venture capital financings. Outstanding academic credentials and prior experience at a comparable Top 20 law firm . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission (or immediate eligibility) in the location of the resident office. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for supporting growing companies.
