As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results driven Technical Sales Bakery Specialist to join our team and help us strengthen relationships and expand our presence in the marketplace. Position Summary The Technical Sales Bakery Specialist is a customer-facing bakery expert who supports the sales team by demonstrating, promoting, and driving the adoption of QBP products across bakery distributors, foodservice operators, supermarket bakeries, donut shops, and industrial bakery accounts. This role provides hands‑on technical support through product demonstrations, customer trials, application troubleshooting, bakery team training, and expert guidance to help customers maximize the performance of QBP’s icings, fruit fillings, glazes, purées, pies, and sweet dough products. Key Responsibilities Customer trials and conversions Trade Shows and Events Other duties as needed. Qualifications Trade Shows and Events Bakery Production Experience Process Knowledge Customer-Facing Communication Organization and Travel Planning Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
