Job Summary CORPORATE EXECUTIVE CHEF – VIRGINIA Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + bonus potential Travel: Approximately 85% Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Corporate Executive Chef to support multiple hospital foodservice operations. This regional leadership role will focus on developing culinary teams, improving food quality, and maintaining consistent standards across all locations. Responsibilities Support culinary operations across multiple accounts Improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction Train and develop Executive Chefs and culinary teams Implement new menus, products, and programs Ensure compliance with purchasing, sanitation, production, and food-cost standards Partner with regional and account leadership Support budgets and financial performance Conduct site visits and complete required reports Qualifications Five years of culinary leadership experience Two years of multi-unit management experience Healthcare foodservice experience strongly preferred P&L and budget-management experience Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred CEC certification preferred ServSafe certification required Strong communication and team-development skills Ability to travel approximately 85% We’re looking for a strong multi-unit chef who can develop teams, raise culinary standards, and deliver consistent results across the region.
