What You'll Do:

• Provide neonatal care for infants in a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 births annually
• Deliver care in a 20-bed newborn unit, collaborating with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and multidisciplinary teams
• Perform daily rounds and oversee clinical management of critically ill and premature infants
• Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing treatment of neonatal patients
• Participate in home-based call rotations for NICU responsibilities
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of evidence-based neonatal care in a modern, renovated facility
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need:

• MD or DO degree; Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology
• Current, valid medical license for Georgia or ability to obtain one
• Key skills: teamwork, excellent clinical judgment, communication skills
• Must reside within the immediate local area; relocation may be required
