The Opportunity We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. This is an opportunity to practice in both family medicine and occupational health , while developing leadership skills, expanding your expertise, and joining a supportive, innovative clinical team. What You’ll Do Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations. Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) . Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases . Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment . What We Offer Competitive salary with growth opportunities . Who We’re Looking For Minimum of 12 months of Family Practice experience Active Nevada license (PA-C or APRN) in good standing. DOT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for patient care and improving community health.
