Exterro Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Tier 1) to join the Professional Services team. You will be client facing, support Fortune 1000 and Am Law 200 customers, and partner with Training, Sales and Engineering to ensure high-quality service and product releases. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of support experience, and the ability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM ET. A Public Trust designation is required within 6–9 months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
