The Swimming Pool Construction Foreman oversees small teams, typically under 10 members, ensuring efficient and safe execution of swimming pool projects from site preparation to completion. This role involves direct supervision, quality control, and client interaction to deliver high-standard pool installations on schedule.

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and project progress
• Build gunite & fiberglass swimming pools
• Work with your team to maintain productivity and quality
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free job site
• Inspect work quality to meet project and regulatory standards
• Manage materials and equipment usage efficiently
• Oversee equipment operation and maintenance on site
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
• Organize and manage project schedules to meet deadlines
• Prepare the construction site for upcoming phases

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in swimming pool construction

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and project scheduling
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
• Strong team leadership skills
• Knowledge of quality control practices
• Skilled in equipment operation
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
