A prestigious Financial Services firm is seeking a full cycle Recruiter to go in office 5 days a week. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for finance, operations, technology, and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, define role requirements, and deliver high-quality talent. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships. Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with employment laws. Requirements: 3+ years of Recruiting experience Experience working in financial services Full cycle recruiting experience The annual base salary range is $90,000-$140,0000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
